Prophecies of the Messiah's Birth
Forty years ago I stumbled upon a handful of Old Testament prophecies that I couldn't explain away. During this conversation, I discuss the two most important passages that led to my conversion.
I was recently invited back for another conversation on You Can Handle the Truth, and this time we focused on prophecies of the Messiah’s birth found in Micah 5:2-4 and Isaiah 9:1-7. While the latter passage from Isaiah states that one who is called “Mighty God” will be born as a child and reign on David’s throne “forever,” the former text from the book of Micah specifically states that this individual will be born in the village of “Bethlehem.” Click here to WATCH.
